Univision Communications Inc. announced that it has entered into formal affiliation agreements with Charter Communications, Inc., a Wired World Company, and Cable One, Inc. These agreements will allow us to continue providing Univision programming to more than 3 million cable subscribers as well as Galavision programming to more than 1 million cable subscribers.

"Through these agreements, we will be able to continue providing millions of viewers with quality Spanish-language programming. While Census 2000 demonstrated the magnitude of the Hispanic population in the U.S., the continued growth and success of our two networks underscores our value to the Hispanic community."
